A balance board or wobble board that is designed to teach balance and control and the primary movements and awareness for balance sports such as surfing, snowboarding, skateboarding etc. Once adept at balancing, your Zen masters can progress to tricks in a controlled environment ie. jump around, board flips etc without being on the road or in the water.
